About
Xopax is wholly owned and operated by CD-Lab, LLC of Phoenix, AZ. All of the structural components are made in the USA and all machines are assembled in our Phoenix facility.
It is our intention to build and maintain the finest manual wrapping machine on the planet. We have been distributing other manufacturers machines for several years and realized there were many things we wanted to improve. So, we started with some existing designs and began making simple changes. We started by designing a simpler machine that we can bring to market for a lower price. In addition to simplifying the electronics we also improved heat distribution with a larger heating element and eliminated screws on the work surface of the heat panel. An improved "double bar" tensioner allows the end user the flexibility needed to work with many different film roll sizes. We added the simple touch of an indicator light on the front so you can tell if it is on and reduce the risk of accidentally touching a hot surface. We eliminated the need for tools when adjusting tension and replacing film rolls and then made the standard version a little wider to accommodate larger boxes without going the the 20" model. Lots of little changes have added up to a much better wrapper. Our PXC version features a digital controller with a solid state switching circuitry that allows us to offer a three year warranty which is by far the best warranty in the business.
Finally, and we believe most importantly, we are able to support this machine with a reliable source for parts. This was not the case with the machines we have sold in the past and is one of the primary motives for building our own. We truly believe that these machines will last forever because we can now supply any needed component immediately.
